Pleased with order process and very pleased with the arrangement. Only problem was after placing the order I found out my friend was in the hospital and going to rehab. I immediately sent an e-mail to cancel ther order until I knew she would be back home, Guess I should have called the next day. She did see the arrangement as her husband sent her a picture via text.

My experience with The Flower Derby was 1st class! Beverly was amazing as I provided an outdated address and I had the flowers delivered there. She offered to send another arrangement at her cost to the new address. Fortunately, those who received the flowers called my friend and she picked them up.
